      I am reminded of the three-legged theorem of construction: cheap-fast-right. Pick 2. Heitman corollary: pick one- cheap.

    Turned out great Mike! We had good results cleaning up the grout haze with warm mixture of white vinegar and water, using a good sturdy sponge.
