2250 on the Janka scale

Saving the best for last- acacia planks from LL.  Queue sunbeams, unicorns and Last of the Mohicans soundtrack...waaaah!

One more weekend to install base and casing.

Mrs Wulf now inferring that home improvement is my real hobby.

Hmmmm...dry flies, fat tires, and DIY?  Pfffft!

  3. Thanks Mike! I bought a Ryobi battery powered nailer, which was awesome and also bought a miter saw. Might need a table saw though later on. Click lock for sure. 1 room down so far!

    1. I learned from an old mentor that's how you build your tool collection- build them into the price of the project. The story goes the Mrs will support the purchase if she's the immediate beneficiary, win-win my friend! Say hello to my new Porter Cable nailer and his friend Dremel 4000. ;-) M
