Compost blend with a rather distinct aroma.
After shoveling 7 yards I can attest its not the only thing that smells like a barnyard right now.
With Mrs Wulff due home any minute, I better haul my ashes off the couch before I do irreparable damage.

Been feeling a bit over-scheduled lately- reference lack of substantive outings/posting.
Home sale, purchase, move, improvements.
Work: Ph1 construction completion; Ph 2 design deadline, 2 other new projects begun, whew.
Even my mtb rides seemed to be on someone else's schedule, pace as I barely had the time to ride with the kids' racing team.
So it was with a particular sense of freedom and joy to finally get out, slow down, and soak in what our recent monsoons had wrought.
Verdant.

Beautiful day in the (new) neighborhood.
We are just a coupla miles downwind of ABQ's balloon launch field, we should be in line for some spectacular shows this fall.
Aaaaand it appears our neighborhood parks serve as convenient landing fields.
